Co-ownership

of farmland, infrastructure and IP by FoodBuilders and FoodSubscribers differentiates the FoodVillage system from other farming models and provides mutual benefits to all co-owners via shared equity.

Co-ownership is achieved through  membership of FoodVillage and investment into FoodLands.

Delivery

is conducted by an electric vehicle fleet that distributes food to FoodSubscribers.






Food

is grown on our farms using traditional and modern practices to restore and enrich the land and ecosystem.





FoodBuilders

are between 25-50 years old and live in the FoodVillage and produce, source and deliver agricultural and artisan products to FoodSubscribers.

They are members of FoodVillage, and through investment into FoodLands are co-owners of their regenerative food system.

FoodCircle

is the company responsible for creating FoodVillages, while also providing their technology platform and IP management.

FoodCircle Pty Ltd was established in 2021.



FoodLands

is the trust that owns land and infrastructure for FoodVillage.

We plan to create FoodLands Trust Inc in 2023.


FoodSubscribers

typically live in a city and receive fresh food every week, and shape how that food is grown.

They are members of FoodVillage, and through investment in FoodLands are co-owners of their regenerative food system.

FoodVillage

is the distributing cooperative responsible for people and operations.

We plan to create the first FoodVillage in 2023.
